Producer Sameer Bharath said, “We are completely new to the film industry. When we embarked on our journey in production with ‘Uriyadi’, we were responded with good reception. These days, releasing a movie is very tough than producing it. After a certain point of time, I was pushed to the conclusion of producing a movie with leading actors. However, ZEE5 has become a boon to such producers, who have made films based on strong contents. I thank the entire crew of ZEE5 for showing interest in this film. When Darbuka Siva narrated the script for the first time itself, I was very much impressed. As a director, he has materialized what he promised during narration at the right time and right budget. Everyone in the crew has given their best into the show. I am sure the audience will love this film and appreciate us for the same.”
Darbuka Siva said, “I thank producer Sameer sir for giving me complete freedom. During the script writing process, I was very keen on casting new faces, and I owe a lot to the production team for trusting my conviction. The actors were selected only after 3 auditions and a couple of month’s rehearsals. We kick-started the shooting only after this prolonged process. I thank everyone in the team for extending their inmost efforts into the film. The Lockdown was imposed soon after the completion of shooting, and we had lots of issues in bringing the movie to screens. However, now to see the Midas-touch of ZEE5, I am confident that it is going to find a phenomenal reach. I thank ZEE5 for showing interest in this film. I am sure, everyone will like this film, and we are looking forward to a good response from everyone.”
Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee has an ensemble star-cast comprising Amritha Mandarine, Purva Raghunath, Harish Kumar, Sharan Kumar, Rahul Kannan, Manjunath, Meetha Raghunath, Varun Rajan, Goutham CSV, Sacchin Nachiappan, Naren Vijay, Harini Ramesh Krishnan, Kishen Das. Apart from writing and direction this film, Darbuka Siva has composed songs for Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee. Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee won special ‘Honourable Mention’ at New York Film Festival followed by ‘Best Direction’ at Macedonia Art Film Awards. On behalf of Super Talkies, Sameer Bharath Ram has produced this film, which is all set for the worldwide premiere on ZEE5 from January 21, 2022 onwards.
