The Tamil Television Stars had a reunion recently and the bonhomie was evident over the chatter that spanned years of popular serials. These were the faces that defined high points in the various private TV channels of South India right from their inception in the 90s.
This gathering was well planned with smart dress code & all the works befitting the attending TV celebrities.The general chatter was filled with the excitement of reconnecting & updating present life. Starting with the how each of them met & the projects they worked on ( hilarious anecdotes were even enacted by some), the conversation steered to various aspects of actors’ & actresses’ lives. ‘Once an artiste always an artiste’ was evident, irrespective of other passions they had followed. Energetic ideas and plans were shared and there was a freshness in the air.
While some were still very active as actors or other technicians in the media field, one could sense that all of them would spring back to more action with the recent trends of OTT series and independent films. The evening started as a network of nostalgia and ended with the promise of more times shared over work and friendship.
